Full letting in SEGRO Park Köln City: Moll Sportwagen Köln GmbH rents 4,800 square metres for sports car workshop

SEGRO has let 4,800 square metres in its SEGRO Park Köln City to Moll Sportwagen Köln GmbH on a long-term lease. SEGRO has thus achieved full occupancy of the site with a total of 58,400 square metres of rental space before the final construction phase is completed in the third quarter of 2023. Moll Sportwagen Köln GmbH is planning a new car dealership with showroom, sales and workshop space for the Lamborghini and Bentley sports car brands in the commercial building. The rental agreement was brokered by logistics and commercial property consultants Logivest.

The final construction phase of SEGRO Park Köln City is characterised by its sustainability. A photovoltaic system will be installed and all parking spaces will be equipped with charging stations for electric vehicles. The building is also being realised in accordance with the BEG40 standard with heat pumps. The site also has beehives, insect hotels and nesting boxes to promote biodiversity.

The site is located in Vitalisstrasse on the former AkzoNobel factory premises. The site offers connections to the S-Bahn and regional railway network. The district is also served by two underground lines, making the site very easy to reach by public transport. Furthermore  , the district is optimally connected to the motorway network via the A1 and A57.

Users of the business park include Deutsche Post, the production company Unterhaltungsfernsehen Ehrenfeld UE GmbH, Delicato Foodservice, TIER Mobility, Alvero Büromöbelvermietung, the online retailer Kapten & Son, deinetorte.de, the company Shirtee, which specialises in digital printing, and the 0221 Mediagroup.
