EDEKA sells logistics property in Wendelstein near Nuremberg

EDEKA sold a logistics property with around 6,500 m² of hall space and around 16,000 m² of land in Wendelstein near Nuremberg. The buyer is an institutional investor from Scandinavia. The property is leased on a long-term basis to a subsidiary of the EDEKA Group and includes storage space with drying, cooling and deep-freeze areas. BNP Paribas Real Estate's advisors acted as intermediaries for the buyer in the transaction. Wendelstein is located directly at the gates of Nuremberg and is easily accessible via several motorways (A6, A9 and A73).
