BS Grundbesitz acquires former Henkel logistics park in Cologne
JLL has been exclusively commissioned with the sale of the 11,300 m² property

COLOGNE, 15 January 2024 - BS Grundbesitz Unternehmensgruppe has acquired a light industrial park in Cologne-Ossendorf. The property in the Butzweilerhof industrial estate at Richard-Byrd-Strasse 24-30 has a plot area of around 11,300 m², of which around 5,800 m² is usable space. The logistics park includes a production hall and a warehouse, two small office buildings, 52 parking spaces and two garages; the roof of the production hall also has a photovoltaic system. BS Grundbesitz would like to modernise and re-let the currently vacant logistics park according to its own ideas.
The previous owner of the property was the Dax group Henkel, which no longer requires the space. Henkel has exclusively commissioned JLL with the sale of the property.
