Automotive supplier L.I.T. rents around 7,100 m² of hall space in Leipzig
JLL has already brokered the second anchor tenant for the "Bracht-Werk" in the city's north-east district
LEIPZIG, 28 June 2023 - Automotive supplier L.I.T. Automotive Solutions is opening another location in Leipzig. The company is renting around 7,100 m² of hall space in the "Bracht-Werk" at Brahestraße 8a in the North-East industrial estate. The building is the former production site of Heidelberger Druck. The landlord of the property is Immopact.
JLL brokered the letting on behalf of the landlord. With this deal, the Bracht plant with a warehouse and production area of around 18,500 m² is now fully let. JLL had already organised an anchor tenant with Eppendorf Zentrifugen in April 2020. The company uses around 4,700 m² in the commercial property. The lease for the first LIT location in Leipzig at Dingolfinger Strasse 11-19 was also brokered by JLL.
