Automotive supplier Aptiv secures around 20,400 sqm in Wuppertal - JLL advises the tenant, Savills represents the landlord
WUPPERTAL, 22 August 2023 - Aptiv, a global technology company and automotive supplier, has recently extended the lease for its 20,400 sqm technical centre in Wuppertal at the address "Am Technologiepark 1", continuing its long-term commitment to the location. The technical centre is located in the heart of one of Europe's most important industrial regions and is home to over 1000 professionals, including engineers, technicians and managers. JLL advised Aptiv as part of an exclusive tenant representation mandate.
The owner and landlord of the single-tenant property is Tonor Grundstücksvermietungsgesellschaft mbH, which has been managed by the LHI Group, based in Pullach near Munich, for 25 years. LHI was exclusively advised by Savills Immobilien Beratungs-GmbH.
