Art freight forwarder Artseco moves to Düsseldorf
JLL brokers 1,300 m² in the "Werkhalle"
DÜSSELDORF, 21 May 2024 - ARTSECO GmbH, a company specialising in the transport and storage of art objects, is opening a new art warehouse in Düsseldorf. The Berlin-based company is renting around 1,300 m² at Reisholzer Werftstraße 17-43 in the Holthausen district from May this year.
The landlord of the industrial and logistics property "Werkhalle" is BEOS AG, an asset manager and project developer for corporate real estate in Germany. The property was completed at the end of October 2023 and is 100 per cent let. JLL advised on the letting and brokered the deal.
