Freight offers can be negotiated and agreed in real time via the platform and the live messenger. Indicative pricing algorithms provide fair price estimates for specific freights and routes to increase market transparency. An integrated track & trace function also enables real-time monitoring of freight. In addition, Trans.eu is an open system and enables extensive API integration with existing TMS systems. This allows users to access additional features and innovations directly from their own TMS. There is no need for a time-consuming and costly implementation of new freight forwarding software or another system.

Trans.eu also provides an innovative tool that can be used to collect and analyse relevant transport data in order to make better strategic decisions. For example, the business intelligence reports provide information on the current level of freight prices on the market or on the performance of specific carriers. The reporting tool also makes it possible to monitor the activities of your own partners (e.g. freight accepted, response time per freight order, etc.).

Private freight exchange

Trans.eu offers an exclusive and protected area for freight forwarders on its transport platform through the private freight exchange, in which the client selects his preferred partners for the transport himself. It is possible to favour carriers with high quality transport standards and at the same time prevent the sale of loads to third parties. Cooperation with reliable partners is strengthened. Carriers can be reached even more efficiently thanks to the exclusive area and direct communication with partners. At the same time, they only receive relevant offers and can respond to them more quickly.

Trans.eu provides a cross-branch version of the private freight exchange for larger companies. This means that all branches are fully informed at all times about the available resources within their company and can utilise transport capacities more effectively.
