On our own behalf: Review, outlook & information from LAGERflaeche

The new year is just 20 days old, so we would like to take this opportunity to wish you a happy and prosperous year. Above all, may 2010 bring you health and success.

2009 was a very successful year for our specialised portal. One visitor record followed another over the past 12 months. Our number of visitors grew by 40 per cent to almost 60,000 - more visitors than ever before. Page impressions have also risen to over 400,000 clicks.

Outlook for LAGERflaeche.de

We have also set ourselves ambitious goals for 2010 in order to offer you even more benefits. Because we don't just want to satisfy you with and through our services, we want to inspire you.

For this reason, we are focussing on expansion in 2010 and investing massively in our infrastructure, for example. Here are a few examples:

LAGERflaeche.de is being technologically optimised:

A team of six programmers is currently further developing lagerflaeche.de. We are not only working on a new user interface and design, but also on the reorganisation of our database. The advantages for you are that the menu navigation and content will be significantly more attractive and simpler. The platform will also be translated into several languages.

New offices:

In February we will be moving to larger offices. Our headquarters will remain in Düsseldorf, but we are quadrupling our office capacity to make room for our new employees. We look forward to welcoming you to Düsseldorf.

More employees:

We will also be doubling the number of employees in 2010. This has become necessary because not only did we again generate significant growth last year, but our new service area logdirekt.de also got off to an excellent start. Logdirekt specialises in the direct marketing of logistics properties with or without associated logistics services. Our dialogue centre acquires customers, tenants and buyers by telephone, post and e-mail.
