Dear Ladies and Gentlemen 

the snow of the last few weeks has melted, the days are getting much longer and the temperatures are finally in double figures again, giving us hope that spring will soon arrive after one of the worst and longest winters in recent years.

However, hope should play a rather disorganised role in the marketing or search for warehouse space, land or logistics properties. Because even after the worst economic crisis of the post-war period, marketing activity is now an absolute priority.

The state-owned business development agency NRW.INVEST has the task of marketing North Rhine-Westphalia as an investment location and acquiring foreign direct investment for North Rhine-Westphalia. Foreign and German companies are supported in their investment projects and in establishing themselves in North Rhine-Westphalia - throughout the entire process of relocating to the state. The services offered by NRW.INVEST include comprehensive information on North Rhine-Westphalia as an investment location, advice on tax and legal aspects as well as information on the economic structure and industry clusters.

The experts at NRW.INVEST identify and acquire potential international investors for North Rhine-Westphalia, analyse investment projects and offer suitable locations in North Rhine-Westphalia. They arrange appointments for negotiations with all parties involved in the authorisation process of an investment and accompany it through to its successful conclusion.
