2013 - And LAGERflaeche is yet another year more mature!

In this sense, the platform is not only becoming more mature,  but also wiser. For this reason, we have added new servers and some additional hardware to our platform in 2013 in order to continue to offer our customers the best possible services. The LAGERflaeche team has not only planned technical updates but also new products for 2013.

In the future, the team will place particular emphasis on personalised advice. This includes services such as

• Partner model (close ties with service companies in the specialist area)
• Offline advice on property, contract logistics and sector-specific matters

While the focus in 2012 was on the owner side, we will be expanding our contract logistics area in 2013.  Conversely, this will enable us to satisfy owners by providing sustainable letting and support for contract logistics providers. After all, logistics companies will only remain tenants as long as their warehouses are occupied.
