The MLP Group, a developer, owner and manager of high-quality commercial, industrial and logistics parks specialising in brownfield sites, invites you to a symbolic ground-breaking ceremony at MLP Park Spreenhagen in the Brandenburg municipality of the same name on 15 May 2025.
MLP Park Spreenhagen is being built on an 84,386 m² site around 15 kilometres from Berlin and 10 kilometres from the Tesla Gigafactory in Grünheide. Once completed, it will have a total usable area of around 39,000 m² with flexibly divisible units of between 3,500 m² and 33,800 m². This makes it particularly suitable for potential users from production, logistics and (online) retail. The floor slab is WGK 3-compliant (water hazard class) and the sprinkler system fulfils the highest FM Global requirements, meaning that the property is also suitable for storing batteries and accumulators, for example.
The ground-breaking ceremony will take place on 15 May 2025 from 14:00 to 16:00. The address is:
MLP Park Spreenhagen
Storkower Straße 1b
15528 Spreenhagen
Video/photo note: We would like to point out that photos and videos will be taken during the event. By participating, you agree that the image and video material may be recorded and subsequently utilised for reporting and marketing purposes.
Please register by 9 May 2025 with a short, informal email to nicole.weikmann@teamtosse.de. We would be very pleased about your participation.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
